I'm starting from zero fitness-wise. Is that okay?

Yes. The DRP 90 is designed for men starting from scratch. The conditioning protocol scales as your fitness improves. Week 1 is intentionally beginner-friendly. Week 13 is a completely different story.

I've started programs before and quit. Why is this different?
